Rollout For Android 6.0 Marshmallow Start Begins Next Week

The much awaited Android 6.0 Marshmallow is is finally out and will start rolling out next week, according to Google the update will begins from next week over-the-air (OTA). First the OS update would be hitting the Nexus smartphones, tablets, and other Nexus devices, more especially the Android One devices will likely

receive the update  first.

Then talk of Nexus-5 to Nexus-9 are equally going to receive the update much early than other device. Though from all indication is likely that there will not be update for Nexus-4 t0 Nexus-7 of 2012 that include the Samsung Nexus-10. Google are fast pushing the update source code to the Android Open Source Project that is (AOSP) while working closely to start the roll-out to the new Nexus device launch this year.

Though i believe it will take weeks or even months to reach all Nexus devices world-wild. I said so since it was just on may they introduce the Android Marshmallow during their I/O conference. One of the reason why i love this development is first, the it include revamped app permission, Google Now on Tap feature coupled with Chrome feature that will change the web experience for especially for Android users, they will now have options to handle web links that is integrated with Android play and mobile payment system.

Talk of new fingerprint APIs for developers that will help you add their app and native fingerprint support, it also include battery saver, expansion of memory manager, adoptable storage devices, app drawer, auto backup for apps, and support for USB type-C ports.
